We're looking for a passionate and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth through effective campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement.
Position Overview
As the
Sales & Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing and sales strategies that promote our cafe, products, and services. You'll work closely with the creative team, especially the photographer/videographer, to produce engaging content -- and develop innovative sales initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Branding
Develop and execute marketing strategies to build strong brand awareness and increase footfall.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns for coffee, pastries, and floral collections.
Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials.
Collaborate with the photographer/videographer -- provide creative direction and ideas for shoots (menu items, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, events).
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue opportunities for catering, corporate orders, events, and collaborations.
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and partners.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal offers, and customer loyalty programs.
Ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth and customer engagement.
Customer & Community Engagement
Collect customer feedback to enhance service and marketing direction.
Represent the cafe at community and industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in
sales and marketing
, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Strong experience in
social media management
and
digital marketing campaigns
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
Ability to work with photographers/videographers to develop visually compelling content.
Passion for coffee, food, and design is highly preferred!
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
