About the Company:
Al Banan Pest Control & Building Cleaning Services has been proudly serving the UAE for over 20 years, delivering expert services in pest control, water tank cleaning, and building cleaning. As part of our expansion strategy, we are broadening our service portfolio to include AC duct cleaning, drain line jetting, sump pit cleaning, irrigation & fuel tank cleaning, kitchen duct cleaning, bird control, and general maintenance.
We are also planning to establish new branches across all Emirates -- offering exceptional opportunities for leadership and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales & Marketing Department to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Generate qualified leads, build strong business relationships, and secure long-term service contracts.
Manage and track sales pipelines, proposals, client communications, and follow-ups.
Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance, progress, challenges, and market trends.
Drive business expansion initiatives, including establishing new branches across Emirates.
Introduce and promote new service lines such as AC duct cleaning, drain line jetting, sump pit cleaning, irrigation & fuel tank cleaning, kitchen duct cleaning, and bird control.
Develop service packages and identify cross-selling opportunities between pest control, cleaning, and maintenance divisions.
Targets & Incentives:
Monthly and quarterly sales targets will be assigned.
Incentives are directly linked to payments received (excluding VAT).
Exceptional performance beyond set targets will earn higher incentive percentages.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in pest control, building cleaning, or facilities management industries.
Proven record of branch expansion and service diversification.
Strong understanding of Dubai, Sharjah, and other Emirates markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
