to join our real estate team. Your main goal will be to generate high-quality leads, support our sales team, and grow our presence in the market through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, and online campaigns).
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up and converted.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
Analyze marketing campaigns and lead data to optimize performance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
Assist in creating promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in lead generation or marketing (real estate experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
