Role Overview

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Business Development: Identify and seize new market opportunities, expanding our reach across industries. Sales Performance and Reporting: Analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Support and oversee high-value negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and adapt sales approaches accordingly. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the service industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels. Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing large deals. Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to lead and foster a high-performance sales culture. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive informed decision-making.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Preferred:

Advanced certifications in sales management, experience with CRM tools, and sales automation software.
