Collaborate with the Business Development Manager & Business Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target markets and customer segments to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.
Event Planning and Management:
Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, trade shows, and conferences, to promote safety training programs.
Manage event logistics, including registration, promotion, and follow-upcommunications.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Telemarketing and Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our safety training programs and services.
Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and meet them with BD team.
Maintain and update a database of potential clients, tracking interactions and outcomes.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and feedback.
Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Job Competencies
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales & Telemarketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the safety training or related industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skills:
> Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of the safety training industry and relevant regulations.
