Your Role: Marketing & Sales Manager

As our

Marketing and Sales Manager

, you'll be at the heart of our brand's success--crafting powerful marketing strategies, growing sales, and building long-lasting relationships with customers. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, branding, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

Develop and implement

creative, data-driven marketing plans

to drive brand awareness and engagement. Oversee

digital marketing efforts

, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising. Craft compelling content (blog posts, social media, video storytelling) that showcases our unique fashion narrative. Plan and execute impactful

seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events

. Stay ahead of

market trends and competitor activities

to identify growth opportunities.

Sales & Business Development

Design and execute

strategic sales initiatives

to increase revenue and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with

key clients, retailers, and distributors

. Explore

new sales opportunities

, including partnerships, pop-up shops, and wholesale accounts. Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and reports to leadership. Ensure

exceptional customer service

to enhance brand loyalty and retention.

Brand Building & PR

Strengthen brand visibility through

strategic PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach

. Represent YZ Design Group at

industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements

. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing channels.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with the

design, production, and operations teams

to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales strategies. Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a

What We're Looking For

Experience:

5+ years in marketing and sales, ideally in fashion or retail.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven Track Record:

Success in driving sales, leading marketing campaigns, and achieving revenue targets.

Digital Marketing Skills:

Strong grasp of SEO, social media ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).

Creative Visionary:

Passionate about branding, storytelling, and trend forecasting.

Excellent Communicator:

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Startup Mindset:

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
