1. Coordinate with respective product manager and principals for quote/ tenders preparation, creation and submission. 2. Prepare, create and submit purchase orders and sales orders in coordination with product manager, principals, customers and UTS accounts team. 3. Coordinate with UTS logistics coordinator and principals on orders' shipments and deliveries. 4. Coordinate with UTS accounts and principals on invoicing. 5. Coordinate with customers and principals for post-sales support. 6. Maintain and register related correspondences with customers and principals. 7. Organize and maintain related files. 8. Perform other related duties when required and approved by the various Product Manager. 9. Know, understand and comply with UTS Group's QHSE policies, practices, procedures and rules. Suggest improvements/updates in the internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction. 10. Take every reasonable precaution to protect self, fellow employees and work premises.
