Job Summary



Digits Accounting & Bookkeeping LLC is hiring a UAE market-focused Sales & Marketing professional who can generate leads, build relationships, conduct meetings, convert opportunities, and drive revenue. The role is hands-on: market visits, networking, client meetings, and closing deals across company formation, accounting & bookkeeping, audit, VAT & Corporate Tax compliance, and technology solutions (accounting software, app development, and digital marketing/social media advertising).

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through networking, field visits, referrals, events, social media, cold outreach, and partnerships.

Go-To-Market Execution: Develop a practical plan for target sectors (trading, real estate, services, manufacturing, startups) and execute weekly/monthly lead targets.

Client Meetings & Closing: Meet decision makers, understand needs, propose solutions, negotiate commercials, and close engagements.

Service Selling Portfolio:



Company formation (mainland/free zone), amendments, renewals, compliance support

Accounting & bookkeeping (monthly/quarterly), MIS reporting

Audit support, agreed-upon procedures, ICV readiness support

VAT & Corporate Tax compliance support

Technology: accounting software (implementation/support), app development, automation tools

Social media advertising / performance marketing coordination

Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat/referral business.

Coordination with Delivery Team: Ensure smooth handover, scope clarity, timelines, and client expectations.

Reporting: Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, forecast, and weekly performance reporting.

Candidate Profile (Must-Have)



UAE market experience in B2B sales (services preferred: accounting, audit, PRO, business setup, consultancy, software, digital marketing).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus).

Comfortable with field sales: client visits, networking, events, meeting new people.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals (target-driven).

Go-to-market mindset: can identify opportunities, create approach, and execute.

Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work with CRM.

Nice-to-Have



Existing network of SME owners, startups, free zone clients, traders, and professional communities.

Knowledge of UAE business setup landscape (mainland vs free zone) and compliance ecosystem.

Understanding of accounting basics / VAT / CT concepts (not mandatory, but advantage).

Valid UAE driving license.

KPIs / Performance Metrics



Weekly: new leads, meetings, proposals sent, follow-ups completed

Monthly: conversions, revenue achieved, pipeline value, partner tie-ups

Quarterly: repeat business + referral generation
