Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively promote our services, approach potential customers, and generate sales through both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outdoor sales visits to promote our services.
Approach and engage potential clients (individuals and businesses).
Explain business and legal consultation services in a clear and convincing manner.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Share market feedback and client needs with management.
Requirements
No specific education or experience required - freshers are welcome.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Ability to build rapport with different customer groups.
UAE outdoor sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: AED 1,000 - 4,000 (depending on performance).
Commission-based role with attractive incentives.
