Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top developers.
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Upload property and unit details on the Ejari system.
Handle DLD connections and process management.
Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
Assist in food court management and kiosk registrations, where applicable.
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates.
Manage property listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Handle the Trakheesi permit process for property advertisements.
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants.
Coordinate with the finance and legal teams for lease documentation and approvals.
Analyze market trends to optimize rental pricing strategies.
Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities for vacant units.
