About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative
Digital Marketing Executive
to manage our online presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in social media management, Google Ads, content creation, and professional video shooting & editing -- preferably within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Create, plan, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting)
Shoot professional property photos & videos (indoor/outdoor)
Edit videos using professional software (Reels, YouTube content, Ads videos, Corporate videos)
Design marketing materials (posts, stories, brochures -- basic level accepted)
Monitor campaign results and optimize for best performance
Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads
Stay updated on latest real estate trends & digital marketing strategies
Manage company branding and online reputation
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)
Strong experience in:
Social Media Management
Google Ads
Video Shooting & Editing
Proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut
Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)
Meta Business Manager (advantage)
Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good English communication skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
UAE driving license is an advantage
