We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth across two high-impact lines:
Facilities Management, Maintenance, MEP services, HSE compliance, and operational support.
IoT solutions, smart monitoring systems (energy/water/IAQ), automation, and sustainability/ESG reporting.
The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, support tendering and proposals, and execute marketing activities that convert into measurable pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities (government, semi-government, commercial, industrial).
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through calls, meetings, site visits, and networking.
