Cityway Facilities Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, strong client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets in the Facilities Management industry.Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in Facilities Management or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong marketing knowledge, including digital marketing and lead generation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Fluency in English;
Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
