About this role:
As our Perfume Sales Marketing Executive you'll be the driving force behind expanding our luxury clientele in the fragrance industry. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly contribute to our growth by converting perfume brands into long-term packaging partners.
Key Responsibilities
? ?Identify and target emerging & established perfume brands in UAE/GCC markets
? ?Conduct B2B sales meetings with brand owners/decision-makers
? ?Present our packaging capabilities (show samples, finishes, customization options)
? ?Close contracts for packaging solutions (boxes, labels, displays)
? ?Maintain relationships with onboarded brands for repeat orders
? ?Collaborate with design team to create custom packaging concepts
? ?Monitor market trends in perfume packaging (materials, finishes, sustainability)
Requirements
? 2+ years in B2B sales (preferably in packaging, printing, or FMCG)
? Existing network in perfume/beauty industry (brands/distributors)
? Technical knowledge of packaging materials (rigid boxes, foiling, spot UV)
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets
