Sales & Marketing cum Admin Executive - Holiday Homes
We are looking for a proactive
Sales & Marketing cum Admin Executive
to join our holiday home rental team. This role combines property owners-focused sales & marketing with efficient office administration to support daily operations requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets.
Generate leads, build client relationships, and conduct market research.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
Drive bookings and occupancy through sales and marketing strategies.
Manage OTA listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and digital marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with guests, partners, and property owners.
Handle inquiries, bookings, payments, and guest communications.
Support daily office administration, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
1+ years' experience in sales/marketing/admin (hospitality/real estate preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office, social media, and OTA platforms.
Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
