Marketing & Social Media Management
Handling and manage social media accounts and engage with followers; Facebook, Instagram, Tweeter, LinkedIn, Etc - Content Planning & Scheduling, Community Engagement, Tools for Social Media Management, implementation of marketing campaigns
Enhance Marketing materials and presentation needed by the office.
Manage and prepare Marketing calendar for the year
Administrative Support
Managing employee documents efficiently
Providing Administrative Support to the Marketing Team; Scheduling Appointments & Meetings, Document Management & Reporting, Communication & Coordination, Marketing Event & Campaign Support, Reporting & Data Entry
Daily attendance tracking
Planning and logistics for all the office requirement (Meetings of the Management, Events etc)
Maintain a clean and organized office space (tracking of company equipment Eg, Laptop, Simcard, Access card etc)
Assisting the HRD for sourcing applicants and or new joinees
Assisting the reception to get suppliers for office and pantry supplies
Creation and maintaining lease agreements of tenants.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in administration and/or marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, social media management tools.
Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media engagement.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and Office Management
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
