Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities to support company sales and brand visibility.
Manage and monitor
Meta Ads and Google Ads
, and analyze basic performance metrics.
Maintain and regularly update the company website
, including content editing and basic revisions.
Create and edit marketing visuals and short videos using
Canva
and
CapCut
.
Support design work with
basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
.
Prepare brochures and other marketing materials as required, and coordinate with printing press vendors
for production and delivery.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
Sales & Coordination Support
Arrange, draft, and send emails related to sales inquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead management and documentation.
Handle registration and follow-up processes with major / key companies
as required.
Assist in preparing sales-related reports and coordination documents.
