We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

Digital Sales & Marketing Coordinator

to manage our digital leads, customer inquiries, and support the sales team for timely follow-ups and smooth operations. If you have a passion for communication, digital platforms, and process coordination -- we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support

Manage website live chat and respond to online inquiries Provide customers with basic product information Coordinate with departments and assign leads by identify the customer needs

Lead Management

Handle incoming leads from multiple online platforms Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members Track and follow up with sales team for timely lead follow-through Take regular feedback from customers to ensure follow-up completion

Reporting & CRM

Maintain lead tracking reports, follow-up logs, and performance dashboards Update CRM systems and manage customer database accurately

Digital Sales & Ecommerce

Update products and descriptions on the ecommerce website Coordinate and process ecommerce orders Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment and delivery

Marketing Support

Assist in basic graphics design and content posting for social media Capture and edit videos and photos for machines and product listings

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in online customer support, CRM, ecommerce, or sales coordination

Bachelor's Degree

in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in

CRM tools, email handling, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of

digital marketing, ecommerce, and graphic design

Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools Video/photo capturing and editing skills is a plus Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments efficiently
