Sales & Marketing Coordinator cum Administrative Coordinator
to support our growing real estate development team.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage sales documentation, support marketing activities, and ensure smooth daily office operations.
The candidate will also handle
day-to-day office management
, ensuring seamless communication with vendors and internal team support.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination
Maintain and update unit inventory records accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate and track SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) documentation, ensuring completion, accuracy, and filing.
Liaise with exclusive sales agents (e.g., Joy) to follow up on client documentation, sales progress, and lead status.
Input and manage client data, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
2. Marketing & Social Media Support
Take ownership of company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Plan and coordinate content calendar for marketing campaigns.
Draft content, coordinate with part-time photographers or editors as needed, and schedule posts.
Monitor and report social media performance metrics and assist in generating online leads.
3. Administrative & Project Support
Organize and maintain digital and physical sales files.
Support cross-departmental documentation and follow-ups.
Assist in document control and coordination tasks as required by other team members.
Coordinate with the project department to initiate payment requests and ensure proper documentation is forwarded to the accounts team
4. Office Management
Support daily office operations including stationery inventory, office upkeep, and communication with vendors.
Coordinate internal schedules, employee support services, and general admin matters.
Act as a contact point for basic office-related concerns and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Job Requirements
Proven ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and admin roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of social media management and CRM systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Flexible, fast learner, and willing to support various departments as needed.
Educational or professional background in business, marketing, or real estate preferred.
