Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is the vital link between our sales and marketing departments, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and providing critical support to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web, events).
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update content across digital platforms, including the company website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Help plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement and website analytics.
Sales Support:
  • Provide direct administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Manage the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Qualify inbound leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Track sales performance metrics and assist in generating sales reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct market and client research to identify new opportunities.
Administrative & Operational:
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors (e.g., designers, printers, PR firms).
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • Process invoices and help track the department budget.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for sales and marketing meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or administrative support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferred:
  • Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising principles.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
