The Co-Kitchens and The Co-Spaces are innovative shared kitchen and workspace facilities in Dubai, catering to food entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. We're looking for a results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts.

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote The Co-Kitchens and The Co-Spaces, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a passion for marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote The Co-Kitchens and The Co-Spaces

- Manage and optimize social media channels, content creation, and online advertising

- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, campaigns, and events

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners

- Drive sales growth, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

- Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and competitor activity

- Manage and report on marketing metrics, ROI, and sales performance

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the F&B or coworking industry

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and online advertising

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing efforts

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the Dubai market or GCC region

- Knowledge of food entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, or coworking spaces

- Certification in marketing or sales

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
