Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales and Marketing Consultant to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to forge strong relationships with clients building a strong clientele and boosting sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services to current customers as well as new ones.
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or development of new markets.
  • Promote the company\'s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Establishing long term strategic plans to achieve company goals, such as increasing brand awareness or increasing market share.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and increase loyalty from existing customers.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential consumers by studying demographic data such as age, gender, race, income level, etc.
  • Prepare sales contracts that meets ours and clients requirements after discussion.
  • Utilize consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generate by marketing campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional level business-to-business. sales with a proven track record of successful sales.
  • 3 years successful experience in an environment positioning a service or technology solution - software experience preferred.
  • Skilled at presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in sales/business development background (ideally in the Legal or Interior Fit Out Industry).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and CRM software.
  • Passionate about finding the right solution for your customers.
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing complex schedules and timelines.
  • Having worked with legal advisors, designers, architects and contractors before is advantageous.
