Description
The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating. Ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain PR/Citizenship. - Making outbound calls to either 'warm' or 'hot' leads provided, to assist them by answering questions in regards to visas they are interested in applying for and signing them up. - Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service. - Responding to incoming emails and phone queries. - Achieve monthly sales target. - Previous experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, insurance, collection or recruiting services. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with clients. - Must be a team player. - Ability to work under pressure. - 2 year Immigration Industry Experience is Must.
