Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct
client visits, sales calls, and follow-ups
to generate business
Support preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and digital promotions
Maintain client and lead databases, track sales activities, and report outcomes
Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and F&B sector
Support basic
revenue analysis and performance tracking

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
2-6 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within
hospitality or F&B
Willingness to attend client meetings and sales calls is essential
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Knowledge of revenue management or F&B operations is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hotel or fine-dining F&B sales
Understanding of guest acquisition and relationship management
