Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of cleaning and hygiene products--including air care, tissues, detergents, and perfumes--within the institutional and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry and strong connections with facility management companies, hospitality clients, or institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region or sector. Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the institutional and HORECA industries. Promote and sell a range of hygiene-related products including air fresheners, tissue products, cleaning detergents, and perfumery solutions. Build strong long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers. Conduct product presentations, site visits, trials, and demonstrations as needed. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline activities using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in the institutional or HORECA industry. Must have experience in

selling air care products, tissues, cleaning detergents, and fragrances

. Strong B2B sales experience and established network within the HORECA/institutional segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license mandatory requirements

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work independently and under pressure. Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
