Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads and build relationships with facility management companies, consultants, and project managers.
Identify new project opportunities in general contracting and maintenance.
Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
Follow up on RFQs, tender submissions, and client communications.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and project statuses.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Coordinate with the estimation and execution team for smooth project handovers.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in contracting or construction industries in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of market trends in UAE contracting and FM sectors.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
