We're looking for an experienced and results-driven

Division Head of Trading

to lead our team in the sales and trading of mechanical parts in oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical products and a proven track record of driving sales, managing client relationships, and optimizing procurement and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and secure new clients within the oil and gas industry to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new project opportunities, and potential client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their material needs are met with excellence. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Inventory and Procurement:

Lead the forecasting of material requirements, including but not limited to

pipes, flanges, valves, steel structures, pumps etc

. Strategically manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for current and future project demands. Actively source and procure materials from a global network of suppliers, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring all products meet the required technical specifications.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the trading division team to foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics and finance, to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Market Analysis:

Stay aware of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities.
