About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong expertise in Air Freight to drive business development, manage key accounts, and expand our air cargo portfolio. The role requires a proven track record in freight sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute air freight sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in air cargo.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and pipeline management.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in air freight sales or freight forwarding.
Established client network in the logistics and freight sector.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Russian language skills are an advantage.
