Key Responsibilities

• Maintain active engagement with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Develop airline and agent networks to support air freight sales growth
• Collect and share market intelligence, customer developments, and air freight industry updates
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations
• Prepare sales activity reports and pipeline updates for management review

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum two years of experience in air freight sales within the UAE
• Established client relationships within the UAE logistics or air freight market
• Strong understanding of airline operations, pricing, and agent network development
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales
• Valid UAE driving license
