Job purpose: Provide leadership and management of the company Cross Trade Sales Desk. Responsible for all cross trade commercial activities, driving sales & acquisition of new / support existing business - Monitor quality and consistency of the service delivery\xef\xbb\xbf
PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES: - Primarily responsible for Cross Trade related pricing activities and budget requirements (objectives) - Pro-actively identify market opportunities. - Develop & Prepare & Maintain a cross trade product catalogue. - Develop & Prepare & Maintain commercial action plans to identify specific targets - Responsible for SQ (special quotation) management - Present and sell company services to current and potential customers active on the assigned trades. - Maintain and develop existing and new customers relationships through appropriate propositions and sales methods. - Respond to and follow up sales enquiries & leads and sales visits - Maintain and update relevant customer & prospect contact activities in a Customer Relation Management database system - Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing & tactics and communicate this to the manager and relevant counterpart in Head Office. - Frequently monitor and report commercial activities to the Deputy & Managing\xef\xbb\xbf
Qualifications: - Experience in planning & executing commercial activities - Strong negotiating skills - Sales drive - Ability to motivate team members, team player - Self-Driven & Proactive - Result Oriented with a positive outlook - Well-presented and business-like - Good speaking & writing skills - Good face-to-face and telephone communicator - Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel - Keen for new experience and responsibilities and accountability Salary + benefits as per UAE law
