Key Responsibilities
Experience 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry (or related field)
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar role in the real estate industry.-Set sales goals, track performance, and provide coaching to achieve targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.-Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.-Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Report to senior management on team performance and market insights.
