About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our cleaning and facade cleaning services. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of UAE experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a valid UAE driving license. This role is pivotal to ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and high client satisfaction across all service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

Develop and execute operational strategies for cleaning and facade cleaning services. Oversee project scheduling, daily field operations, and team deployment. Ensure all services meet top-quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site visits and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain full compliance with HSE guidelines and industry safety protocols.

Team Leadership & Management

Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning and facade cleaning teams. Conduct performance reviews and manage development plans. Manage staff hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.

Client Relations & Business Growth

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure long-term contracts. Handle client communications and resolve service concerns effectively. Collaborate with sales and marketing to support business development goals.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

Monitor budgets, invoices, and project financials. Manage procurement and logistics of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure timely payment collections and smooth operational cash flow.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related fields required)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience in UAE Proven knowledge of cleaning and facade cleaning methods

Licenses & Certifications

Valid UAE Driving License (Required) NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification (Preferred)
