Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving sales techniques and approaches
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
