We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving company targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies and campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously improving sales techniques and approaches
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
