Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the IT industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and market developments in the IT industry in the UAE, and effectively position our products or services against competitors.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities, follow up with leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and provide input to product development and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through self-learning, attending industry events, and participating in training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including its trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align solutions with clients\' objectives.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
