We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the IT industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the UAE market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and market developments in the IT industry in the UAE, and effectively position our products or services against competitors.
Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities, follow up with leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and provide input to product development and marketing teams.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through self-learning, attending industry events, and participating in training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including its trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.
