Sales Manager - Secondary Market (Real Estate)
  • Recruit experienced agents
  • Build relationships with existing agents
  • Deliver the greatest chance of success for your agents
  • Implement proven methodology to grow and retain current agents
  • Ongoing coaching through our Performance Partnership for Agent Success
  • Individual and office training as necessary and/or requested
  • Provide overall management through planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Sales Agents in the office.
  • Provide support services for Sales Agents in the way transaction management, compliance, technology, advertising and continuing education
  • Promote an excellent office appearance
  • Work closely with agents, and affiliate company to formulate and implement various strategies, approaches and trainings
  • Assist in the planning and organization of local events
