We seek a passionate SALES MANAGER for multiple restaurants & coffee shop
An ideal candidate would have proven experience as Coffee Shop & Restaurant Manager in UAE handling between 20+ shops.
Responsibilities:
Managers make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Their goal is to provide customers with a pleasant experience that lives up to brand standards while protecting profitability.
As a Manager, the main purpose of the role is to be fully accountable for the restaurant\'s operations while planning, organizing, and leading all processes of restaurant operations to ensure the delivery of a quality food and beverage experience and achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
Manage the shop service to consistently meet high standards
Manage 20-30 branches
Monitor service and food and beverage standards in the outlet ensuring compliance, quality, and consistency while addressing underperformance as necessary.
Plan and lead the special/innovative brand/concept promotions, offers, and activities that generate additional revenue and interest.
Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service.
Make recommendations for the modernization of equipment, service methods, and presentation to improve guest satisfaction and profits.
Ensure team members maximize all sales opportunities.
Ensure team members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
Actively engage with guests to obtain feedback and measure satisfaction, and address areas of concern as required.
Ensure appropriate communication processes are established.
Accurately manage all transactions during service.
Manage team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
- Reporting directly to the General Manager / Director of the company
coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house Coffee & restaurant operations
controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting
taking reservations
troubleshooting
greeting and advising customers
delivering F&B service to satisfy customer expectations
fostering positive customer relations
dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
Human resources
recruiting, training, and supervising staff
managing the staff rotation
conducting performance appraisals and setting targets
optimizing workflow and productivity
