The position will be a key part for our Sales Excellence team, working closely for business development, driving specification, market expansion, commercial negotiations, product launches, exhibiting products, and well versed with market and competition.
? Manage the sales team (5 HC) and dealers in the GCC countries
? Train and develop sales team and dealer representatives
? Market expansion by appoint new dealer\xe2\x80\x99s in GCC countries add new key accounts in the local market
? Develop strong market intelligence (market size, competition landscape, product market fit) ? Develop thorough understanding of our products, both from specification and application point
of view.
? Maintaining a reliable monthly forecast for the orders within acceptable deviation and in line with yearly budget
? Registering clean orders (technically and commercially) in the local system, protecting the contribution margins
? Defending the claims and variations on orders for delays and additional scope of work
? Responsible to help and assist finance team for timely collection of monies
? Review and negotiate subcontracts terms in line with company sales contract policy
? Responsible to comply with Export control for appropriate screening of customers before quoting.
? Estimation of local costs supported by vender quotes, and landed costs entered in the quotation system
? Conduct lunch and learn seminars with architects via sales team to drive specification
? Manage relationships with end-users, facility managers, contractors, architects, and influencers.
? Continuously work with end-user project teams for their future expansions
? Show excellent technical aptitude, must work well independently, be highly self-motivated, and take the initiative
