Job Description

TEAM MANAGER - CHINESE SPEAKER:
  • Manage allocated team of Relationship Managers and ensure the achievement of Sales targets through Corporate brokers.
  • Train Relationship Managers and help them enhance productivity by ensuring that they maintain desired activity levels at all times.
  • Analyze activity vs. productivity and support the team members in identifying and bridging productivity gaps.
  • Ensure that team members meet and excel the required number of prospects per day.
  • Help the team meet tele-calling targets (number of connected calls, etc) by coaching them regularly.
  • Be responsible for maintaining overall activity levels for the team
  • Responsible for ongoing sales talent development and achievement of individual sales goals
  • Generic accountabilities
  • People management . Manage, develop and motivate people to achieve high performance and support the achievement of business objectives
  • Reporting Manage accounting, planning and reporting processes in line financial policies and procedures
  • Compliance. Ensure business unit activities are conducted in line with policies and procedures
  • Manage and motivate the team to grow the managed portfolio by selling services and closing of prospective clients.
