Achieving targets set by the company, refining overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines, creating brand architecture and sub-brands defining their USP\xe2\x80\x99s and positioning in line with the overall positioning, defining Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
Ensure the sales team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these, in terms of communication, training and development, and the organization of the department\xe2\x80\x99s workload.
Lead the sales team to consistent achievement of new revenue growth through all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, customer assessment, analysis, strategies, best practices, marketing/sales proposals and alignment to existing solutions.
Manage and motivate the team to grow the managed portfolio by selling services and closing of prospective clients.
Responsible for ongoing sales talent development and achievement of individual sales goals
Develop and implement a sales plan to reach all customer segments and ownership types, including but not limited to, realtor-referred business, owner-managed properties, and larger fund-type clients.
Work with marketing support to develop sales materials
Work closely with senior leadership to develop growth goals/initiatives and daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
Meet agreed sales targets on an annual basis.
Support regional leaders to strengthen realtor relationships that drive agent referral leads
Present business updates and new industry opportunities to senior leadership
