We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Local Sales Manager / Team Leader to oversee our pharmaceutical sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales and business development and also lead a team of sales representatives, drive business growth, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors. Key Responsibilities: o Perform effective Marketing and Sales in Private and Tender Market o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach. o Develop and Maintain strong relationships with key clients, hospitals, and pharmacies. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities. o Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews. o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or team leadership. o Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. o Proven track record of achieving sales targets. o Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical market in the UAE. o Candidates with the good knowledge in Pharmaceuticals trading in UAE market will be prioritized. EDUCATION- o MBA, M.Sc / B.Sc
