We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE real estate, with a focus on team leadership and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor and coach team members to enhance productivity and performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Track team KPIs and generate performance reports
Maintain strong knowledge of current property market trends and projects
Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations when needed
Foster a positive and driven sales culture
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the UAE real estate industry
Proven sales record and ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong understanding of off-plan and ready property sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Currently based in UAE with knowledge of the local property market
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
