Qualifications:
Must be able to bring a
team of up to 3 sales agents
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in the real estate industry (or a related field)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales goals, monitor performance, and coach the team to meet targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Report team performance and market insights to senior management
