Harooni Design is a fast-growing company specializing in interior design, real estate, and showroom management. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership skills and proven experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
Oversee interior design, real estate, and showroom sales operations.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in interior design, real estate, or showroom industries.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectivel
