Job Description

We are looking for a driven and strategic

Sales Manager

to lead Datacom's business development in

Abu Dhabi

. This is a

dedicated, on-ground role

focused on expanding our footprint in structured cabling, data center, FTTH, and ELV infrastructure solutions. The role involves developing consultant networks, securing approvals, driving key accounts, and ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Business Development & Market Growth



Strategically develop new opportunities in structured cabling, FTTH, and data center verticals. Establish and nurture relationships with consultants, integrators, contractors, and end users. Generate qualified leads and convert pipeline into invoiced revenue.

2. Consultant & Project Approvals



Drive product approvals with consultants and authorities to influence project specifications. Track and forecast approval status to identify upcoming project opportunities.

3. Sales & Account Management



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Coordinate closely with presales, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

4. Territory Ownership



Represent Datacom in Abu Dhabi and maintain visibility in key market verticals. Plan and execute regular customer visits, site meetings, and technical presentations.

5. Reporting & Collaboration



Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity reports using CRM tools. Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and attend bi-weekly reviews with leadership. Coordinate closely with Datacom HQ and support teams for alignment.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience:



5-8 years of B2B sales experience in structured cabling, ELV, networking, or ICT solutions. Strong relationships with consultants and contractors in Abu Dhabi preferred.

Skills & Attributes:



Strong techno-commercial skills and strategic mindset. Proven sales track record with revenue achievements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, accountable, and highly organized. UAE driving license is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
