About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team at Aston Pharmacy. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence within Dubai's healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, adept at building lasting relationships with healthcare providers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Field Sales & Business Development: Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to promote Aston Pharmacy's products and services.
  • Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), doctors, pharmacists, and procurement teams.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely daily and weekly sales reports, activity plans, and market visit summaries.
  • Accounts Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Payment Collection: Ensure the timely collection of payments from clients and manage any related queries professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or healthcare field sales within the UAE market.
  • License & Transport: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Ownership of a vehicle is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
