One of our esteemed clients in the Steel Fabrication Industry is currently seeking Sales Manager to be based in Sharjah with a minimum of 10 years of industry-specific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction, particularly within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and successfully navigating the complexities of the steel construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your deep industry knowledge in steel structure fabrication and construction to set strategic sales goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and nurturing new business opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients, addressing their complex requirements and offering customized solutions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
Oversee the delivery of exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of industry-specific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management, successfully leading and motivating sales teams.
Strong understanding of steel structure products, construction processes, and industry regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and a network of industry contacts.
Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive revenue growth.
