We are Hiring !!! Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Sharjah Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet individual and team goals.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and support product launches.

Requirements:

UAE experience is mandatory
Valid Driving License required
Industry Specific Experience is mandatory/ Steel Structure fabrication / Construction
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leadership or managerial role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
