Job Description

We are hiring for Sales Manager with background in aluminum and glass industry.

• Planning yearly sales targets/ budget for the company for all product lines.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to generate new markets.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by salesmen.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Tendering the project orders and turnkey assignments.
• Follow-up order bookings, billings and receivables collection.

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum 10 years experience in sales of aluminum and glass products and accessories
• To demonstrate impeccable client-facing skills including excellent oral & written English communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, management principles and procedures.
• Ability to lead a team with a wide range of constituencies in diverse community.
• Self Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job.
• Reliable, tolerant and determined and can work under pressure.
• Arabic Speaking is an advantage
• With Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
• Work location is Sharjah Branch
