The Sales Manager (Secondary) would lead the secondary team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the secondary property sales initiatives are well achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Secondary Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize secondary property sales.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and delight throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge whilst coaching and mentoring them as required.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and review KPIs followed by corrective actions to ensure targets are met or adhered to and even exceed expectation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Pre-requisites:
Proven experience in real estate sales (Secondary)with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, the secondary property sales and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
Good team management and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.
Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
