Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading store sales performance within the fragrance category, driving exceptional customer experience, and managing a high-performing team. This role oversees day-to-day store operations, ensures strong product knowledge, and delivers consistent growth through effective sales strategies and team development.

Sales & Performance

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion), and category goals. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and clienteling initiatives to maximize revenue. Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities, trends, and improvement plans.

Team Leadership & Training

Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants in fragrance knowledge, selling techniques, and luxury service standards. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and role-play training. Motivate the team to deliver consistent results and high customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience

Ensure a premium and personalized experience for all customers and VIP clients. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Promote fragrance layering, sampling, and brand storytelling to enhance engagement.

Merchandising & Store Operations

Maintain visual standards, planograms, tester management, and stock presentation. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent stockouts or overstocks. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store operational procedures.

Brand & Event Management

Coordinate in-store activations, product launches, and promotional events. Build strong relationships with brand ambassadors, trainers, and distributors. Stay updated on new products, fragrance families, and industry trends.
